Shipping Policies

Most Lights Up products include made-to-order components and ship within 5 business days of receipt of order.

Lights Up offers free ground shipping on orders over $75 to the continental United States. We do not currently ship internationally through our website. Please contact us for other shipping options.

Order status updates are communicated via email.

We ship via FedEx, for tracking updates please see your account.

Returns

Buyer’s Remorse / Return policy

All Lights Up products include made-to-order components. To initiate a Buyers Remorse claim please contact us via email (customerservice@lightsuplighting.com) within 7 days of receipt.

To be eligible for credit all returned items must arrive in unused condition and in 100% original packaging. The customer is responsible to pay the return charges, as well as original freight charges on all orders being returned for credit.

The returned products will be inspected by Lights Up. Upon approval a credit will be issued minus a 20% restocking fee.

Received Damages / No Charge Replacement policy

We do our best to design our packaging for safe delivery.

If your shipment arrived damaged or missing parts we will replace the damaged or missing parts at no cost.

To initiate a Received Damage claim please contact us via email (customerservice@lightsuplighting.com) within 7 days of receipt. To expedite all damage claims, please include a picture of the defective or damaged merchandise.

Upon approval a No Charge Replacement order will be shipped as soon as possible. Please hold onto all the damaged merchandise and all packaging materials for inspection. This may take up to 10 business days from our confirmation. After the 5 day period the damaged goods may be donated or destroyed.

Replacement Parts and Shades

We offer a limited selection of replacement parts and shades for sale. Please contact us via email (customerservice@lightsuplighting.com). Please include the original SKU name and number and a description of the part to be replaced. To expedite please include a photo or drawing.

Warranty

All Lights Up products are warranted to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for (1) one year from date of purchase. This warranty is limited to the correction of any such defect or the replacement of any such defective item, provided that: (a) item(s) was/were puchased from an authorized Lights Up distributor; (b) we are properly notified and consent to the return of the items in question; (c) the item(s) is/are returned with proof of purchase date; and (d) it is found that upon inspection by Lights Up that the item(s) is/are defective as noted above. This warranty does not cover labor costs, consequential damages, nor does it apply to any item(s) that have been improperly installed, overloaded, altered, or otherwise abused by the customer, its agent(s) or employee(s), or environmental factors. Other than the described obligation, we assume no further liability with respect to the sale or use of our products. We make no warranty, express or implied, and disclaim any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
